1. Purpose and scope

These General Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website lamaletalockers.com and the contracting of the automatic luggage storage service offered by La Maleta Lockers (hereinafter "the provider") at its facilities in Marbella and Barcelona.

Use of the service attributes to the person using it the status of user and implies full acceptance of these conditions in the version published at the time of access.

La Maleta Lockers provides users with automatic luggage storage lockers located at:

  • Marbella: C. Huerta Chica, S/N — Parking Plaza de la Victoria, Marbella (Málaga)
  • Barcelona: Plaça Comercial S/N — Parking Indigo El Born Center, Barcelona

Access to the lockers is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using the code or credential provided at the time of booking.

4. Bookings and contracting process

Bookings are made exclusively through the drop-point.com platform, operated by an independent third party. When clicking "Book a locker" the user is redirected to that platform and is additionally subject to drop-point.com's own terms and conditions.

The provider is not responsible for technical incidents, errors or unavailability of the drop-point.com booking platform.

5. Prices and payment

The current prices are those shown at the time of booking on the drop-point.com platform. As a guide, the rates are:

  • Locker M: from €6.95/day (1 small item)
  • Locker L: from €12.95/day (1–2 medium items)
  • Locker XL: from €16.95/day (up to 4 items)

Payment is made entirely through the booking platform. Prices include applicable VAT.

6. Cancellations and modifications

Cancellation, refund and booking modification conditions are governed by the drop-point.com platform policy. The provider recommends that users consult those conditions before making a booking.

7. User responsibilities

The user agrees to:

  • Use the service in accordance with the law, morality and public order.
  • Not store prohibited, dangerous, illegal, perishable or items of declared value over €500 in the lockers.
  • Respect the booked usage time and vacate the locker at the end of the reserved period.
  • Keep the access code or credential safe and not share it with unauthorised third parties.

8. Limitation of liability

The provider is not responsible for:

  • Damage, loss or theft caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
  • Items stored contrary to these terms.
  • The operation of the third-party booking platform (drop-point.com).
  • Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures or causes beyond the provider's control.

In any case, the provider's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.

9. Intellectual property

All website content (texts, images, logos, design and source code) is the property of the provider or its licensors and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or public communication without express authorisation is strictly prohibited.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the provision of the service, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile, unless mandatory provisions of applicable law establish otherwise.

11. Modifications

The provider reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published in this section of the website with the update date indicated. Continued use of the service after such modifications implies acceptance of them.
